Installation of remote start was quick and easy
Staff were polite and friendly. Appointment was early in the morning and service department was ready and accomplished the task efficiently in less time than quoted. They made sure I understood how to operate the new device but made it clear that if there were any questions / concerns I could come in and clarify. Also they checked an unrelated concern I had identified and as a result put my mind at ease. So far I have been pleased with any interactions I have had with the service dept. at Palladio Mazda!
