I had excellent service and was appreciative of them allowing me to add on some last minute items. I did have a hiccup with part of my service but a solution was found in the end. I have been to the service dept at least 4 times in the last 18 months (new tires, roof rack, new rims, apple CarPlay, scheduled services etc) all of this has been done because I am very comfortable and happy with their service. Additionally, I would also like to note that I have dealt with same group of people behind the desk and this is a large part of the reason that I keep going back. Special shout out to Kennedy for her dedication to getting the job done right, two thumbs up from me.
