First car lease
Everyone at the dealership was incredibly helpful and kind from the sales staff, finance, services and management. The information provided was clear and well summarized. In fact my only criticism was upon hearing that anything less then perfect on this review would be viewed as a failure by Honda. I think that's rather silly, doesn't allow for constructive criticism, and is frankly un-achievable. Don't be so hard on your employees, just focus on salespeople who value factual information and transparency over unit sales and quotas.
