Great job at finding a vehicle and getting me back on the road.

My sales rep (Sean Ives), has helped me out of a bind twice now. In both situations it was imperative for me to get a vehicle on the road as soon as possible. Both times Sean was able to get me back on the road nearly immediately. Not only was the service efficient but everyone at gm was very helpful in facilitating the licensing and sticker if of my vehicles. Note: My only complaint about this dealership is that once years and about three vehicles ago I came in for an oil change and had all my coffee money removed from the cup holder. No one in the service department seemed to care about addressing this. Otherwise nothing but praise for this dealership and I will most likely continue to purchase my gm products here. However closing down the Oshawa plant is a real knife in the back to loyal Canadians and gm should be ashamed.
