Stressful but turned out great!
Overall good service and very patient. There was a misunderstanding in the « extras » we wanted and although i had only noticed once i signed the contract, Billy Gallant took care of everything for me the next day and the new contract was drawn up before i arrived on site. It caused me anxiety thinking we got scammed, but nope, not the case and rectified immediately. Very appreciated.
We had also asked them to fix a squeaky fan before we purchased the vehicle, but it was not done/they could not hear it. So now i have to book an appointment for car servicing to get it fixed/oiled.
These are the only reasons for me to not give 5 stars. The 24h anxiety of the misunderstanding and the inconvenience of having to book a car appointment when we had asked for it to be taken care of. Other than that, Billy was friendly, patient, made for a pleasant experience at Moncton Honda, was not a pushy salesman and I would recommend him to others.
