Terrible Customer Service

After purchasing my current vehicle from Crown Mazda, I had an awful experience with the service department (miss quoting me on the work to be done AND a someone in the service department backed into my car as I was about to leave!!) I hadn't been back. Recently while looking to upgrade, this location had two vehicles I was interested in looking at, so decided to give them a second chance. We dealt with Austin Reid, and after having my car appraised to trade in, was told it was worth less than half of it's actual value. Telling me that my car wouldn't be able to be safetied and they would have to take it to auction. While very interested in purchasing a car on their lot, I left a deposit (which I was told was fully refundable) to hold it while I thought about their "deal". I had my car looked at by a professional mechanic and also by a body work specialist and they told that my car is perfectly fine and would pass a safety no problem! When I called to give them this information and wanted a better deal considering they tried to completely low ball me and take advantage of me, Justin Craine, the Sales Manager, argued with me about it! So, NO DEAL...please return my deposit. Then I get told that their group policy for deposit refunds have to go through their finance department to cut me a cheque, and should be available within 2 business days! Again, not told to me when I left my deposit. I emailed the General Manager Cameron Scammell, with my concerns and haven't heard anything back. It has now ending the 4th business day and no "refund cheque" or contact from the dealership! NO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR CAR PURCHASE!!!
