Global Did Not Disappoint

I am very pleased with both the car my wife and I purchased and the after sale service we received from Global Auto Sales. I think the best judge of a dealer is not solely during the sale process and transaction (which by the way, was relaxed and no pressure with Joe ), but how you are treated with the unforeseen situations periodically encountered after you pick up your vehicle and leave the lot. When an issue arose about a week after our purchase, we notified Global and without hesitation, they arranged for us to bring the car in to get the problem resolved. They went so far as to have the manufacturer’s dealer diagnose the problem in order to be able to order the necessary parts and complete the repair. From my experience with this first purchase at Global, I would not hesitate to return when it comes time to purchase our next vehicle. Many thanks to Tony and Michel for ensuring that we were well taken care of after the sale was complete. I waited purposely to submit a review and am glad I did as these after sale situations can make a huge difference as to whether you have a great or a disappointing overall buying experience. We were not disappointed!.
