I had purchase a 2017 Ram that was nothing but trouble. I absolutely adored the truck but because of IT’S problem I had to downgrade trucks, pay MORE and when I said the two most important things to me that I need with the new truck, 1 had to be downgraded because they apparently don’t make what I wanted yet and the second thing was on backorder.... so essentially I’m already disappointed... again. While the sales staff were fantastic to deal with I am a little sad about having to downgrade for more money and got neither of what I really wanted. Fingers crossed!
