Inquired about a vehicle, left in the dark
I was in contact with this dealership about getting a truck for my Fiance, they told me that she didn't make enough money to be approved for a truck. I was in the middle of a discussion with them through text message, and they simply never responded after I sent a couple of replies. This was the most annoying part of the whole experience, the simple fact that they couldn't even spare the time to reply to me.
About a week after this interaction, she was approve at the dealership I normally deal with for a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado. In the end I'm glad they never responded, because if that's how they treat their potential customers, I don't want to imagine how they treat their paying customers.
