Our recent vehicle purchase experience, has changed my mind on the level of professionalism at Vernon Dodge. My opinion prior to this experience was one of a typical car salesmenship that puts emphasis on the feel good part of the purchase, in order to make the sale, rather than what the customer is actually interested in or needs. Josh was very professional and has continued to offer great support for any questions. He took the time to ensure that we understood the basic aspects of our vehicle and his initial connect was professional, informational and understanding. Kam was extremely attentive to any needs or questions that we had. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and we did not feel any sales pressure to buy rather we felt that he was proceeding only as we were comfortable to do so. I would recommend both of these gentlemen to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
