Excellent service with friendly, knowledgeable staff.

My vehicle was in for a reapplication of paint protector after an accident and body shop repair. Also it’s second oil change. I was most pleased with the service - I was able to get in promptly after the body repair, and combine the previously scheduled oil change - saved me having to return a second time! I was also provided a loaner vehicle so the whole thing really did not interrupt my routine for the day! Bonus!! And I received a free alignment with the poor condition of our roads cited as prompting roactive action if necessary. Again I am very happy with the service and interaction with all the staff at Mazda Sudbury. Apart from loving my new car, I always feel I’m being treated with respect and friendliness. (Although this was sent to Peter, my spouse, the car belongs to me - Patricia. As a woman I am duly impressed by the treatment I receive when I have appointments or inquiries at Mazda.)
