I would have rated Excellent if handlers would have been more gentle when getting it out of the truck. I was afraid they will drop it on the ground when I saw one from inside the truck literally throwing it to the other one that was on the ground and he almost dropt it. My heart sank. Overall, very good service and it was my number one choice for the appliances so far and it will remain that way in the future as well.
