Appointment was on time and was in and out within an hour for my second service on my vehicle!
It was the second service on my CX-5. Actually got an email reminding me that service was coming up. Very flexible about setting up date along with understanding that no problem if I had to cancel / re-schedule due to weather conditions etc. Service was fully explained before and after, going over what was checked and found. The next service was also explained and given a cost estimate of what it would entail. Overall, very satisfied with all aspects of the service appointment including the fact that I was in and out in an hour!
