Natasha was very nice in dealing with and provided us with a loaner car while my was down. If I were looking to buy another Benz I would hesitate to go to Sudbury Mercedes Benz. There is a far better atmosphere there when you enter the building and over all a much better experience when talking with the staff. My only negative thought about my going there is they will have to have more bays and mechanics if they wish to get a larger cliental.
