Started out with difficulties; resolution was positive

I scheduled my 1st oil change and asked that my hitch; which I had purchased in October with my new vehicle also be put on. I was not happy it took 5 months for this action to be completed and that it had to be initiated by me. On the 1st service day, the oil was changed but they had ordered the wrong hitch so it was not put on. This appointment was scheduled 2 days later. It was then that I expressed my overall dissatisfaction. On that day I arrived and decided to wait for completion. About 1/2 hour later, the service manager approached me and told me that the hitch was still not in. An explanation was provided and service scheduled the next day. I was told that they would provide me with a 150 dollar service credit and that they would completely clean my vehicle free of charge. This is what exactly happened the next day and I was provided with a courtesy vehicle. Thanks for the resolution
