Starter issues

My starter froze from driving over puddles, so it wouldn’t start. I was informed several times by a woman over the phone that it was absolutely not a Honda problem. She told me to get my vehicle to a heated garage, something that was not possible considering my vehicle wouldn’t start, and also considering I do not have a heated garage. I left voicemail messages and never received a call back. I called a tow truck service (provided by Honda with my package), they showed up and told me they could not tow my vehicle from my driveway because their truck was too big. I eventually had my vehicle towed to Honda, where they had it for some time. I was without my vehicle for almost a week total and had to find rides to and from work. I was not provided a rental as they were apparently “out of rentals all over the city”. This was a Honda problem through and through and I expected them to help in some way. I was not provided a demo from the lot, nor a rental. I was basically told to figure it out myself. The only person who actually took time to talk to me and explain the situation was Dan at the service desk. I purchased a new vehicle, purchased all the extra protections, and still was left without a vehicle for nearly a week and had people telling me to figure it out. I understood that this was happening to many new models and the service department was extremely busy, but I’m extremely dissatisfied with this situation.
