Poor service department
Sent me and my kids home in a vehicle the mechanic knew there was something wrong with. When asked about it “it wasn’t on the work order”. I have since got rid of that vehicle and bought new elsewhere.
We were in the market for a new vehicle at the time, this situation cost you (and our amazing sales representative Matt D) a new vehicle sale.
