I was looked after very well.
It was a very busy day in the service department.
When purchasing the van back in July, we (the sales team and I) had agreed on having the rear wiper motor replaced. Strangely, the wiper started working a few days after the purchase in the middle of a long distance trip. So when Levon and Corey contacted me about the wiper to have it serviced, I let them know that it was working again. However, within the last few weeks the rear wiper was completely not functional. After a few months, it was nice to be remembered and accommodations made to have the part shipped to the service department on short notice.
