Good salesman, but the product doesn't live up to its expectations.

Rob was very good throughout the sales process. It initially started when Rob ensured I got the price that Wheaton had posted online, even though it was an incorrect price. Rob wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. We made a deal and that is when things started to go downhill. I went the following week to pick up the truck, after signing paperwork, Rob told us that the dealership had damaged the truck during cleaning and admitted that he knew about it before we signed anything. I returned the truck to get it fixed, they had it for a few days and Rob called me to say it was all fixed up and looked great. After driving 2 hours to pick up the truck, I got to the dealership and realized it was still damaged and I had been lied to. After being very unhappy with the truck for the first month of owning it, I asked Rob to get a price on my truck, 3 weeks later and I still haven't received a price. I would have appreciated him being upfront about the initial damage to my vehicle, other than that, Rob made the sales experience exciting and fun. Overall I was much happier with the sales process than the vehicle itself. I would buy another vehicle from Rob, as long as it wasn't a Chevrolet.
