My van needed a new door and some back area work and I was told 12 days... to my surprise it was done in 7! I was so thrilled. Alex kept in the loop through the entire process. They were so wonderful when I showed up in tears over what happened. They assured me they would take care of it and they sure did. They contacted the rental company on my behalf and reached out on more than one occasion to assist me with moving all my car seats from van to van. Steve made my van look good as new and I couldn't be happier with the time frame and customer service I received. Alex, Julie and all the staff at the Collision Centre are all so wonderful.
