I knew what I wanted and what I did not want and Allen worked it for me!
I was given the total tour of my Equinox, inside and out. I was helped to integrate my smart phone, assisted with the On Star. Treated with respect, contacted by e-mail with more information, and reminders of information given to me on the day of the purchase. Since I was 100 km from the dealership and I said I wanted to go home with it that day, he made it happen.
