I needed an alternator. Dan suggested original equipment , to benifitt my cars performance explaining the advantages and disadvantages of an aftermarket one. I respected his careing and expertize for my benefit. I choose an aftermarket one for my reasons. I was impressed with Dan's courteous response, and acceptance of my wishes.. the work was done in record time,I picked up my vechile a happy customer.
