Winter tire change took 3 hours but I expected a longer wait.

Serge at the wicket was helpful. I got the shuttle both ways . It took 3 hours but I expected a longer wait to change winter tires on April 30th. One thing bothered me though. Victor is an older man at Honda to help people find their cars etc. After parking my car & as I briskly walked to the Honda building door , Victor approached me asking if I had business there!! I have been a customer of this Honda dealership for over 40 years & have had 4 Hondas including 2 CR-Vs . To me that statement was embarrassing making me think that I didn't belong there or for some reason he thought that I didn't look like a customer although I was dressed very nicely, no cleavage or tight clothes plus I had my Honda keys in my hand & looked like I was on a mission to get some kind of service. That man or any Honda employee should never ask that statement. Instead he should have said, "May I help you or direct you?" I am 71 years old & a retired teacher . I was very upset after Victor said that to me & I called Honda & mentioned it.
