Andrew was very helpful. He showed us all the options available for the items we were interested in. The only thing he didn't do was that after we ordered a new built-in barbecue and outdoor refrigerator, he said he would e-mail us the dimensions and installation instructions so we could get things ready for when they came in, but it's been two weeks and we haven,t got anything yet.
