Very slow service

When I arrived at your office you only had one functional computer as a result I waited for almost an hour before I was given keys to my truck which delayed my move as I exceeded my elevator rent time at the condo and had to pay an additional fee consequently. Also, I did book the truck already two weeks before but it took 45 minutes for me just to talk to someone.
