high pressure sales, found out about new incentives a week later that would have made a much better deal...
I felt pressured to make a deal or I would lose out on an incentive for loyal customers. Approximately 10 days after receiving my new lease, I received an e-mail with a much better deal regarding interest rate deceases, better buyer/lease incentives , and the same deal for return customers. I feel I was lead to believe that the deal I got would disappear and nothing like it would come up again for a long time...only to see something better come up a short time later. Very disappointed as this is my 6th vehicle I get from the same dealership. I guess loyalty is a one way street.
