I bought my truck from MacPhee's a couple of years ago , they had outstanding service and hours , I now deal with Steele , service is GREAT , hours are not! I work at the Airport 40 to 60 hours a week , I need an oil change , but I have to take time off work , the work that helps me pay for my truck , to get an oil change at the dealership, no evening hours anymore , the year is 2019 , the amount of vehicles sold / customers , the wait to get an appointment , Steele seems a bit out of touch with it's customers needs , please put some evening hours on in the service area as I for one will not be purchasing a new truck from a place that works 7am to 4pm.
