Kerawas polite, and keep me informed of the service status.
A part needed replacement,. Once replaced, the two connecting wires needed to be replaced. They were noticed when replacing the new part, not with the initial ivestigation. This meant a longer service period, and more frustration. Kera found me a complimentary vehicle.....aided with my frustration.
Am disappointed that such a part needed replacing at 60,000 km, and that it would not be under warranty. $600 is high for a smallpart, and two connecting wires.
