Could no do the work, Poor scheduling by Murray's

I was contacted by the service department in regards to servicing of my vehicle. When I asked for a Saturday appointment I was told that they could easily book the appointment for the following weekend and perform the services I requested. 2 days before the Saturday appointment I was left a voice mail indicating that they could not perform the work and would like to book a weekday appointment which I could not attend. that was why I inquired about the Saturday appointments. I have received several surveys and have answered them all in a negative answer. There has been no response or attempt to adress the issue.
