Don't overcharge people

Pick up excellent, fees explained. Unit returned within agreed upon (per contract) time but outside business hours. Paperwork for rental processed following day and extra rental fees charged. Those extra charges were reversed once rental location was called, but this should not happen. Find a way to confirm when rentals come back. I had video proof when keys were dropped off. Should not be necessary if better return system was implemented - code used to open key drop as an example. Should not have to make unnecessary calls to sort this out. My time is just as valuable as the customer rep's, except I did not get paid like he did to fix YOUR (Discount's) hopefully "HONEST" mistake.....Thank you
