PAINLESS New Vehicle Purchase

After reviewing Consumers Report, creating a shortlist of SUV's of interest and visiting numerous dealerships over the course of many weeks (Mazda, Toyota, VW and Nissan) we stopped into Myers Kanata Nissan to take a look at the Nissan Murano. Although weather was miserable, Salesperson Keith C ventured outside to speak with us, and so as not to have us looking at vehicles in the rain - he pulled them into the garage area for us. Keith answered all of our questions with confidence, when he was unsure of an answer he admitted as such and found the answer. When I asked questions, Keith responded back to me vice my husband; (although a small thing to some, its a big negative for me) On "delivery' day, Keith ensured we were aware of all the "bells and whistles" our vehicle came equipped with, he set up our phones and walked us thru Android Auto, and has since touched base with us to ensure we are enjoying our new vehicle and to confirm we have no further questions. We would HIGHLY recommend Keith C at Myers Kanata Nissan! Throughout the purchase process, we also dealt with Moe (sales manager) and Emilie (financial advisor), Moe was extremely fair in configuring our deal and Emilie was extremely easy to work with, as I was out of town the week prior to pickup, she liaised direct with our insurance company to ensure all reqr forms/paperwork were in place. Our buying experience with Myers Kanata Nissan has been exceptional - Fingers crossed that maintaining our Nissan with Myers Kanata Nissan's Service Department will be as equally positive.
