Frustrating morning at Myers Nissan.
It was a Saturday and I arrived early for an oil change. I was the third car in line. Other cars arrived after me and when the doors opened, some of the people behind me got out of their cars and walked up to the counter. I ended up being the 5th customer served. The service advisors have to come up with a better system to keep track of the order in which customers arrive. That means my vehicle was serviced after some of the vehicles that arrived after me and that adds to my wait time.
