Poor Quality Control
Unfortunately, I've literally had to return 2 to 3 times on each and every repair.
There appears to be an issue of in-proper training with some functions of the shop staff and a lack of oversight by the Manager.
If a vehicle is forced to return to correct the same issue or related issues, a review should be done by a Manager to properly identify the problem/s.
Furthermore, in some cases, the repairs were done so poorly they have caused me to have to return for additional repairs.
Please accept these comments as constructive criticism.
