Inventory chaos

Twice I've rented with you and twice I've not gotten the actual vehicle I've requested. Even after calling to confirm that my specific vehicle would be available and the location confirming that it would be. I ordered a cargo van and was given the largest rental truck in your fleet. It was extremely inconvenient to have to drive and park this huge truck knowing that where I was going had restricted city parking and a narrow driveway. We spent more time walking up and down the truck trying to load it safely so everything would slide all over the truck floor. A cargo van would have fit our load perfectly with no need to hike the length of the truck a hundred times. It's extremely frustrating to show up to begin the rental process and the staff to be struggling so hard with inventory. The staff just doles out whatever was turned in the night before in whatever order you happen to be in line. Every customer there had a bad experience. I wont be back.
