There isn't anything that I was unhappy with.
I forwarded a letter of concerns to the CEO at Wheaton, describing numerous issues I encountered with my 2015 Tahoe. I did not expect to hear back, however I was personally contacted by a managing partner, who listened to my concerns. I also expressed interest in a new Tahoe, and I was offered a substantial discount on this new vehicle, as well as a very fair trade-in value on my current vehicle. I accepted this offer and the transition from old vehicle to new vehicle was seamless. I continue to be provided great service by Product Specialist Ken and Finance Manager William. I as well noticed a small scuff on the side, which Kim from the glamorizing area buffed out. I was very satisfied and impressed with every aspect of this purchase.
