We love the finished product but the experience was stressful.
We picked out a 2019 RAM and talked to sales about putting our tires and rims off our trade in on the new truck and putting the new truck tires on our trade in. There was confusion with the bolt pattern which was not brought to our attention until after we signed for the truck. In the end we got new tires and rims that we wanted but sales also got to keep our used black rims and tires along with the new 20 inch tires and rims. We came out with one set of tires and sales had 2 sets and we did not receive a credit for them. Sales also said don't worry about mud flaps we will take care of them, when we picked the truck up the following week, we had a bill for $485 dollars that we owed for the mud flaps. Unfortunately when people ask about the new truck, they also get to hear about our stressful purchase. The service department was amazing, they were very accommodating, understanding, polite and friendly throughout the whole ordeal.
