Better customer service now that the surveys were made available. Definite improvement.
The politeness and the courtesy shown makes you feel better to have service done there. The effort is being put out rather than assuming we are happy. We realize is an in and out assembly line get the job done. BUT the customers have there day going on and customers are probably not happy bringing in the vehicle. Being without a vehicle and paying out money generally puts us in a mood. A little courtesy goes a long way. Surveys help keep a reminder customers are important. But it should not feel the survey is why we get good service. My service was great, the staff is friendly and informative. Thanks Derrick.
