We were looking to buy a new fridge and were not sure about whether the new fridge we were interested in buying would fit in our home (our house and hallways being rather small), Sam the person who helped us was incredibly helpful, going out of his way to find information for us, talking to the factory people, a technician and even the delivery people to ensure we could bring the fridge in.
