Location was understaffed, disorganized, filthy (dirty floors with papers and pamphlets everywhere), smelly (toilet is in the lobby of the location and there was no air circulation whatsoever), lights were off, people were butting into line, reservation was incorrect, vehicle was unavailable, substitute vehicle was hard on gas (i.e., much more expensive for me), substitute vehicle was very dirty--"turned around" from previous renter without a cleaning. I will not rent from this location ever again (had an even worse experience the time before). While I waited the 30 minutes it took to rent the vehicle the only staff member on duty answered several phone calls from irate customers wanting to speak to the manager to complain about one thing or another. This place is a nightmare.
