It took over and hour to get our vehicle and they only processed 2 people before us. Then, they told us to come back and return and give 90min just to return a vehicle. Does it always take this long? They seem to think so!!

It took over and hour to get vehicle. There were only 2 people ahead Each previous customer was frustrated as they were from overseas and were getting extra charges. Make sure when supporting Europacar or Ace there are no surprises Mine was a domestic rental I never complained, only politely asked at the end how long I should give for return, as it seemed quite slow. To my shock they told me I should give 90min to return a car! This seems to be standard slowness!
