This is my 3rd Honda, since 2010...a CR-V, Civic, & CR-V again. The vehicles have been superb, and dealer scheduled maintenance ensures confidence. Some questionable "pressure tactics" to push extras so appear unwarranted. New car sales & follow-up on last 2 vehicles have been negligible... I believe the sales persons involved left employment shortly after purchase! Otherwise I am (obviously) very pleased with Palladino Honda, and will remain a customer.
