Bill Vandermeij can be commended for his patience and care in assisting us with a first-time purchase. He answered all our questions very clearly, and didn't try to hurry us or pressure us. We were very pleased to have him help us, and would certainly look for him next time - except we heard he is retiring soon. Thanks Bill and best of luck.
