Bait and switch on the interest rate
While I am happy with the car I am very disappointed that the dealership offered me one interest rate and then wrote up the final offer 1% higher without making that change clear. I can't blame the salesperson assigned to me, I only spoke to him for 5 minutes as he was always too busy with other customers. It was clear the other salespeople sitting around couldn't get involved. It was the finance person and the sales manager that slipped the rate change past me in a flurry of paperwork. Good car, bad deal.
