Criminals

I received a call 2 days ago from Wheaton stating I am due for a service #2 package. The lady on the phone told me everything was included and asked when I would like to book in. I asked if this was covered under warranty and was told yes. I dropped my truck off this morning and was told it would be 2 hours or so but they would call. 330 rolls and I finally received a call stating my truck had been ready since noon. Fair enough. After arriving to pick up my truck I was stunned to see I was being charged almost $200 for service! Whoever I spoke too on the phone blatantly lied about the entire package being under warranty. The gentleman working at the service desk looked into my account and said I am entitled to 4 free oil changes up to 2 years (I have not had my truck for 2 years) . He then looked further and found that their system is wrong of when I purchased my truck. I was told unfortunatly I would have to pay for the full amount today as they are not able to change the invoice and if I am wanting a refund I would have to wait until Tuesday when the warranty manager is in. If I had known any of this I would have not brought my truck in at all. It is always a runaround with Wheaton Regina.
