There customer service is terrible and I don't trust them.

I took my 2004 Honda CRV in to Moncton NB Honda for the recall service. They accepted the appointment and then after keeping the car told me they didn't do the work because they didn't have the parts ??? The AC was working perfectly when I went in and then not working at all when I picked the car up. Then they say it isn't their fault because they never touched anything near there, then want to charge me $115 for an AC diagnostic and then $1,200.00 parts and labour to fix the AC. I feel like I am being ripped off but am not a mechanic so have no way of knowing for sure. I do know that I don't trust these people. And I used to get such good service from Honda in Maple Ridge, BC. Sad. Bad.
