Excellent Sales Service Advisor — David Yulo
As a customer of Sisley for Honda , I highly appreciated your Sales service advisor DAVID YULO for his great job and very accommodating person. I requested a key to my car last month and I don’t know how to follow up this because the last time I called Sisley for Honda , one of your customer service department attend my call and he told me that give him a 5 minutes and he will find out what’s happen to my request and he told me that he will call me back, but after that he never call me .So I decided to call David and relay my problem to him about the my car key. I ask him if he can follow up this on behalf of me. He reply me right away and he told me that he will follow up this and he will get back to me. I am very appreciated to what he did to me as a regular customer of Sisley for Honda. I would say, if all your customer service people are like David Yulo, you will not lose your business instead you will get more gain. DAVID YULO is an asset to this company.
