Expensive after warranty repairs, lame explanations

I am extremely dissatisfied with this dealership. My liftgate stopped opening (2015 Cherokee Trailhawk) with the remote or interior buttons, no big deal can still open/close manually. However then the liftgate stops locking which is a big deal as car theft/battery drainage from the interior dash becomes an issue. In to Eastside I go where I pay $850 for a new lock latch (unbelieveable this cost). I deline repair of liftgate function at another $700 because I can open and close my liftgate manually. Fast forward 2.5 months, stops locking again. The technician tells me it failed because lof manually opening and closing of the liftgate. HUH? I'm not slamming this shut. What vehicle cannot handle a manual open and close of its liftgate? They replaced lock latch under warranty but blackmailed me into additional $700 by refusing any further warranty repair unless I fixed the auto liftgate function. $1550 total money spent on my liftgate with $942 just in two little parts?!? Never buying jeep again, and never coming back here for repairs again.
