Very dirty vehicle

I originally booked a car from the via rail station but there was none available and a gentleman came and picked us up and took us to a different location. After all the paper work was done and while we walked through the vehicle I noticed the vehicle was very dirty and wasn't cleaned from the previous rental. It had all the leftover food shoe prints on doors, dashboard, finger prints, and even spit in a few spots. I told the the girl and she said they are busy and didn't have the time to clean. If you go to a restaurant and if you get a dirty plate would you eat that food????? I had to drive around and find a place to get some cleaners and clean it myself and vacuum the stupid vehicle. At least you people should have given me a discount. PLANNING TO COME SOON BUT WILL NEVER RENT FROM YOU PEOPLE. I WILL GO TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY INSTEAD. SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE.
