I was so excited to get my car.

There was constant communication, even extra efforts during off hours ie Sunday’s and evenings via txt. All this effort to keep me up to date on the progress to get exactly the car I wanted; which was not available at that location. Jon also went the extra mile in offering to assist me with the sale of my car - which was tentatively sold. Upon pick up of my car Jon walked through all the features of the car and assisted with the on star set up. He walked through all the benefits of on star. We also discussed the Costco benefits. Jon was never pushy or overbearing. I felt completely comfortable. Jon did something most car salesmen don’t do. He stayed focused on me. The buyer. A woman. Not my husband. I really value that communication. I value not feeling pressured. It really made the discussion easy. That and the fact that they were easily able to get me the vehicle from another dealership. Or at least to me it seemed easy.
