Bad customer service

Very disappointed with the service. The CSR was rude and I got to my appointment late because of the slow service. I was supposed to get the car at the train station. When I got there, they told me there was no car available. I had to pay a taxi to get to the hotel and the next day they came 30 minutes late to pick me up. That was a nightmare as I was presenting a conference at 8:30.
